Southern California Indian Justice Center
The purpose in creating the Southern California Indian Justice Center is to establish a centralized location where federal, state, county, local and tribal governments can collaborate and coordinate legal, judicial, and governmental services for the Southern California people and communities. The concept is unique in that the Justice Center includes the Intertribal Court, tribal attorneys, law enforcement, and educational resources available to American Indians of Southern California and government entities. The Center will be the quintessential complex to enable federal, state, county, local, and tribal governments to operate and work together on concurrent and exclusive jurisdictional issues.
