The Intertribal Court of Southern California is governed by the Tribal Judicial Council of Southern California (“Judicial Council”). The Judicial Council consists of tribal leader representatives from member Tribes of Southern California. All member Courts have agreed to create, develop, and sustain their justice system by signing and authorizing the Inter-Governmental Agreement.
The Judicial Council meets every 3rd Friday of the month at the Intertribal Court House on Rincon Indian Reservation. Periodically, the Judicial Council is hosted by participating Reservations. Additionally, the Judicial Council created and manages the Southern California Indian Law & Justice Center.
